About Me
I have worked as a physiotherapist for over 10 years, initially graduating from Curtin University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science (Physiotherapy). My career initially started in Perth, working in acute post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and post-natal care.
My experience has taken me to working in Melbourne from 2015, gaining exposure to clients from all walks of life. My love of travelling the world then led me to work in London from 2019-2021, in private practice and as a first contact practitioner for the NHS, with management of musculoskeletal injuries that were called in at GP clinics.
My passion for physiotherapy grew that I decided to pursue my Master’s of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy degree in 2018, to further increase my knowledge and skills as per the current research to provide the best opportunity for my clients to improve their health outcomes.
I enjoy a mix of treating using a hands on approach and exercise based rehabilitation. I have had extensive Pilates training since 2018 and am proficient in teaching matwork and reformer Pilates, and teaching small group classes in a clinical setting.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and have a very active lifestyle, with my main loves being rock climbing, running and hiking.
