Whether you have a reformer at your home, or if you just have some gym equipment at home, we can implement a supervised exercise program to help you become a healthier version of yourself, all in the comfort of your own home!

Joanne is qualified in teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and her clinical expertise as a physiotherapist will ensure that you have a thorough assessment first to understand your strengths, areas of improvement and goals.

She is also enthusiastic gym goer with a passion for strength training and so can help you form a rehabilitation plan if you have that home gym that you would like to make use of.

The great news is that these sessions are also claimable on your private health insurance!

What do we offer?

*all new clients must have an initial assessment before commencing any exercise sessions

Private clinical exercise sessions (1:1)

Semi private clinical exercise sessions (2:1 or 3:1)

Antenatal and postnatal clinical exercise sessions (subject to medical clearance)

How are the exercise sessions structured?

However you see fit! You may find that you only need guidance from one session and you are happy to work on it a period of time, or you may find that you enjoy having someone keep you accountable to your goals! This will be discussed with your physiotherapist and the best recommendations will be made to achieve the best care for you!
